Girl thoughts

Ladies,
quit talking about how much you weigh, what you ate that day, or how much you worked out. You think by talking about it, it's making you feel better and the other person think highly of you, but really the other person is thinking about how insecure you are about your body. STOP worrying about it. If you wanna lose weight, eat natural foods, cut out your sugar, stop eating your emotions away, and do something about it. Don't go on a diet. They don't work. It always resorts back to old habits. Be confident and it will pay off. Stop talking about it, and do something about it. It's that simple.
